- Thursday 21st July: Golfers to check in after Lunch @Damai Beach Resort
- Friday 22nd July: Morning Game of Golf
2) FOR ALL MEMBERS
- Saturday: 23rd July: 8am- Games day @Sinar Serapi ECO Theme Park-Matang,
6pm - 1st kch 50th Anniversary Dinner @Sarawak Club
- Sunday 24th July: City Tour (for overseas participants)
5.00 p.m. Service with Even song at Anglican Church(1st Kch Enrolment Service)
Optional Programme:
- Mon 25th July: Flight to Miri,
- Tue 26th July: Mulu
- Wed 27th July: Mulu
- Thur 28th July: Miri Tour
- Fri 29th July: Flight Home
Venue for Accommodation & Games:
- Golf Venue: Damai Beach Resort. Hotel rate: 210 nett with Breakfast
- Stedfast Games Venue: Sener Serapi ECO Theme Park.
- Golfers Group will make a trip to Serapi on Tuesday 15th Feb 2011 to assess the Games venue.
Other informations:
- All accomodations will be on own expenses(contact Stedfast Exco for details of hotel rates)
- Proposed Day Games: Blow pipe, Beach Foot Ball, 50 Meters Freestyle Relay Swimming.
- Proposed Night Games: Snooker (Pool), Dart etc
- Stedfast Challenge Trophy: Defending champion-Singapore.
